Required enrollment documents

In order to complete your child’s enrollment at our Islamic academy, please submit the following documents:

Enroll your kid

Birth Certificate – For verification of age and identity.

National ID / Guardian ID – Proof of parent/guardian identity.

Previous Academic Records or progress reports (if applicable).

Passport-Sized Photographs

Medical Records / Vaccination Certificates

Proof of Residence
